30+ years of marketing experience working with Fortune 500 and SMBs translates to helping clients solve their business challenges. My name is Kim Saving and I founded this group after being asked by previous clients and peers to share my experience via consulting and advisory services. I help my clients create action plans that drive real business value and outcomes through marketing strategy and design thinking facilitation.

With deep expertise across the marketing lifecycle in strategy, data and storytelling, I’ve done the design, build and run of net-new capabilities while driving operational efficiencies through process simplification and automation. I help teams ensure they are focused on the right challenge and/or opportunity while aligning business executives across functions to prioritize shared goals.

To make certain my clients get what they need, I tap various freelancers, agencies and support to deliver high-quality, differentiating materials – even with tough deadlines. Collaborating across teams, I tend to step-in and add value beyond what’s expected, even with smaller projects such as board decks and presentation coaching.

A few career highlights include:

Yellow sticky note reading “Account Based Marketing” on a wooden desk

Designed a program to build relationships and secure meetings by getting the right content, to the right contact, in the right channel, at the right time. I’ve built the strategy and capability for two different industries leading to increased revenues, double engagement with targeted contacts and higher net promoter scores.

Launched an issue-based campaign infrastructure using data to inform strategic plays, create content and leverage the most effective channels for performance marketing. Improved results from 5-30% across channels and increased origination rates by 25 percentage points.

As the first titled data-driven marketing lead at Accenture, I built strategy and capability to use data to inform decisions versus report on activity. We mapped specific KPI’s at each step of the client journey persona to identify gaps and opportunities. Performance YOY resulted in 19% increase year one and 28% increase year two.

Transformed sessions meant for consultants to educate marketers across the globe on how to use these methods in their ABM and deal strategies. From account planning to messaging this changed the game and positioned marketing as a commercial enabler vs. brand awareness function. I achieved certifications from Luma, Accenture and Mentimeter to design and facilitate sessions.

Yellow sticky note with the handwritten word “Events”

Demonstrating the ROI and using events to drive relationships and sales vs is where I play. Making the most of ecosystem partner events, product launches and creating custom events for clients always carries the KPI of origination and increasing close velocity. My favorite moment was a 100% acceptance rate for an evening off-site dinner and a 100% attendance rate.

Grew a global capability from $14B influenced TCR to $40B in a few years while consistently delivering double the organization’s win rate. Partnered with sales to bring the right story by building the talent, tools and processes to quickly turn around experiences that mattered. Building that capability from scratch continues to be one of my favorite achievements.
